Shipping policy

We’re committed to delivering your collectibles safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5–9 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, new releases), processing may take an additional 2–3days.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart and DTDC

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or above a certain order value (if applicable).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the courier’s system.


5. Packaging

All items are packed securely to ensure protection during transit:

  • Sleeves, top loaders, bubble wrap, or rigid mailers (for cards)

  • Protective boxing for sealed products or collectibles

Our priority is to minimize any risk of damage.


6. Delivery Issues

a. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may return the package to us.

  • Re-shipping charges will apply.

b. Delayed Deliveries

  • PokéPiece India is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or operational issues.

c. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If the courier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will raise a support ticket with the courier, but refunds are not guaranteed for courier-verified deliveries.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select pin codes.

  • Refusing a COD delivery may result in blocking COD for future orders.


8. International Shipping

At the moment, PokéPiece does not offer international shipping.
We currently ship within India only.


9. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • We will assist you according to our Refund Policy.
