Refund policy

At PokéPiece, we take pride in providing high-quality Pokémon-themed collectibles, cards, and merchandise. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you face any issue with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Opened booster packs or boxes
Used products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Digital or downloadable items

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a return or refund, please contact us at:

Include:

Order number
Photos/video of the product received
Description of the issue

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

You must ship the product back within 5 days of approval.
The item must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is from our side (wrong or damaged item).

4. Refund Method

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If the package is marked delivered by the courier but not received, you must raise the issue within 24 hours.
Refunds are not guaranteed for courier-verified deliveries.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, as long as they haven't been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the collectible nature of the products.
